The Secrets of a Compelling Boss

The qualities, values and personality of the boss, be it the head of the company or a manager of a division, always directly translate not only into the general character of the company / division, but it also directly translates into their performance results.

What are the key aspects of being a great, compelling boss? Is it something that can be learned and developed? Is it enough to be the visionary within the organisation? Does it have anything to do with leading and mentoring the staff? What is the link between staff morale and productivity? What does it have to do with compelling leadership?

Is the fact that somebody is in charge of a company/division an indication that they automatically have the skills to lead others in the most compelling way? No.

Can that be changed? Most definitely Yes!
