Even the best crew needs leadership and direction on regular basis. It is nothing else but human nature, that every now and then our enthusiasm tends to drop, no matter how dedicated to the project or the job in general we are. It is human nature that we all need to feel understood, validated and guided in order to produce results.

This is where Motivation comes in - it brings the best in every employee – the commitment, the focus, the creativity.

Not every manager has the same ability to use that motivation to the benefit of the company and its people. It is a skill that needs to be learned and perfected.

But Motivation is only a part of the secret. Motivating to outperform is the Key!
