My Life Purpose Is ...?   

Sitting in front of me was a woman in her late forties, an owner of a well-known, very successful business. A fulfilled mother and wife.

At least that was the way the world saw her.

The person really sitting in front of me was confused and insecure. Even her very expensive outfit and heavy make-up could not hide it. She had no idea why she came to see me, but somehow she felt it was important that she did. She talked about her life, her childhood, but most of all about the high price she paid every day for hiding her insecurity and unhappiness from the external world.

Life Lessons 

Bernadette was slowly relaxing. Her breathing was becoming deeper. It was easy to see that she was leaving her busy life behind, entering into this wonderfully calming space within herself. Very alert, very aware, very focused.

She did not know what to expect. Neither did I. She came looking for answers, for the sense of purpose that she once had; I suppose she came looking for … herself.

She was not desperate but determined, not resisting but deeply willing to experience, see or hear that, which would lead her to the answers she searched for. It made my job of guiding her much easier.

Shortly after, she became aware of a deep, wise and loving voice speaking to her gently as if from a place in her mind. The feeling of love and total peace that she felt was so overwhelming that it took her a while to adjust to this wonderful new experience. By the time she realised that she should listen to what is being said, the Voice stopped and in the inner screen of her mind scenes of her life begun flashing one after another. With them came the familiar feeling of being lost in the labyrinth of her life.

Then the Voice began speaking again.

Spirit Attachments  

The one thing that no human being can escape, regardless of the amount of money they have, size of the house or position they hold in the society, is death. At some stage, we all know that death will become an inevitable part of our human experience. It is surprising therefore, that it still remains a taboo. It is almost as if we believed that if do not talk about it, we might have a chance to make it go away.

But of course, we do not.

We all have some level of experience with death, perhaps a family member or friend, or even a pet has passed away. And for majority of us, this is as close to death as we get during our lives.

But what exactly happens after a soul crosses over? Is it the end or the beginning of life? Where have our loved ones gone?
